I paid my contact on the 17th but for some reason I’m unable to receive or make calls. I’ve restarted my phone but it’s still the same. Why is this happening?

You will need to speak to Payment Management on 0800 902 0217 and they will be able to help..

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

@Sophielou If you want to avoid problems like this in the future, set up a Direct Debit.
