Contract inaccurate

Hello there

I've just signed up for a pay monthly sim-only deal which gives me free roaming in Europe + in 75 other countries. But when I was sent my written contract it only says I have free roaming in Europe. I have been unable to speak to anyone to see if this is just an oversight.

As an exercise, I went through the steps of signing up for an even more expensive deal and the same thing happened again. So, it's important for me that I am able to get free roaming in those other countries but it doesn't say that I have that on the contract, even though it did say it in the publicity for the deal.

Has anyone else had that problem and been able to sort it?

Check your bolt ons in My O2

As long as you have O2 Travel inclusive you have the 75 other countries
