Ive had a look through and found all different answers.
Ive applied today for a phone contract. my £100 upfront has been taken (in pending transactions)
Ive received an order email, a legal contracts email and also when i finished ordering i had a page with 'my new phone number' come up and that theyve received my order.
is this a sign ive been accepted or still undecided?
Any help would be awesome thanks

It sounds as if you have been accepted. The next step will be an email from O2 informing you the phone has been dispatched and you can track it via My O2.
On the other hand, you may get an email stating it's out of stock.
