No one will be able to tell you, but you haven't passed o2's credit, affordability and risk checks... It has nothing to do with you having the money.

Just move on, or if you are wanting to be on an o2 network, look at Tesco Mobile, Sky Mobile, or GiffGaff

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

Common complaint, but as stated nobody knows the criteria. Often they get an account elsewhere

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@CJME

Have you had residency in the UK for at least 3 years as that is a common cause for refusal.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

You might have failed the identity check.

Are you on the Voters' List (Electoral Register) at your current address ?
