I have a contract phone and have tried getting another for my boyfriend but won't let me. Can he get 1 in his name but pay it out my bank?

His own accounts will be subject to the credit check though.

Also think about what may happen in the future.

Every so often we reply to threads when a relationship breaks down about who the phone belongs to and who is responsible for the bill as its coming out of my account scenarios.
