Contract expiring questions

Hi

My contract is due to expire at the end of the month, and just a couple of questions regarding my options. Im not looking to upgrade straight away (i will eventually just not as soon as my contract expires) so:

1) Im currently on a Refresh contract and pay £15 Device Plan and £9.80 Airtime Bill. Once my contract expires, will the £15 Device Plan Direct Debit automatically drop off my bill, so im just paying the Airtime?

2) I have the 50% Friends and Family Discount, will this continue to be applied to my Airtime Bill even though the contract has expired?

Thanks in advance

It's a logical assumption but no one can say for certain.

If I remember correctly the Note 3 was more expensive than the Note 4 at one point...? I was looking to upgrade and the Note 3 seemed to hold it's price very well...Different model but just saying...
