Hi. My contract ends on the 3rd January 2023 and I no longer wish to stay with o2.

When I spoke to someone in an online chat, they say my monthly plan will remain at £36.06.

How do I tell them I no longer want this plan or any other plan with o2 as I'm changing to giffgaff?
