Contract ended but still going to get charged?

Hi, my contract ended 8th November 2023 but on my o2 mobile app it says my next will will arrive on 9th December (even after my contract has ended?) Also, I have no way of contacting anyone because I’m living abroad and had to get a new sim here(in Korea where o2 does not work) and my phone broke (so I’m paying for a contract for products I am no longer using) and so I cannot call them, email them as they have no email, the virtual helpers are no help and I just don’t want more money to come out of my account after my contact has ended.

Your contract doesn't end automatically, you need to cancel it. 

Write in details in link Guide: Cancelling Your Contract or use social media.
