My contract ends in 2 weeks. Buying a new phone outright. Want to stay with o2 but get an o2 sim through a comparison website as a lot cheaper. Is this reasonable? Michael

That is reasonable, if you want to keep your number, then you need to follow this guide to migrate it to the new sim Guide: Migration & porting into O2

If you dont care about the number, then when your contract is up, you need to contact o2 to cancel it, and give notice Guide: Cancelling Your Contract  DONOT cancel your Direct Debit until you have had your last bill and the payment date has passed.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
