Log into my o2 and scroll down to the bottom of the screen and it will show and upgrade date... If you cant see it then call o2 on 0344 809 0202 or 202 from an o2 phone..
And as per the t&c's your contract for the airtime direct debit will keep coming out unless you cancel your contract.
