Good morning, I recently tried to take out a contract on a third-party site with 02. However, I received an email saying that my application has been declined by 02. There is no reason as to why or what I can do to resolve it. Is there anyone know what I should do? I am afraid to try again as it may mess with my credit history.

Thank you,

Brian

@BrianWong

O2 will never tell you why but if you have already been rejected, there is no point trying again.

Wait 30 days then try another network.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
