Me and my wife have contracts.. She receives more data than me but does, nt use data.. I pay both contracts by direct debit.. I was wondering if I could swap numbers on the contracts.?

No you cant, but if you joined recently or upgraded you will be on flex tariffs so you can flex them up or down, full details are here:
