Contract cancelation at end of contract time

After a phonecall to O2 canceling my contract how is this confirmed as after the next bill I will cancel direct debit

You will get a final bill, in around 14 days which will need to be paid, so DONOT cancel the Direct Debit, after that you will know it has been cancelled when your phone goes dead.. 


You may also get a letter and an email from o2.
