Contract Upgrade

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi

Prob been asked loads before. Contract due to end in a few days & want to change to the "simplicity" option ie no new phone. However got a few days left to run on contract and want to make sure I dont end up cancelling the current contract as there is a penalty. I want the new contract to start at the end of this one - if that makes sense?

Thanks in advance!

Just call cs on 202 and they will arrange the changeover on the date the contract ends.

Hi and welcome

You can change in the last 30 days of your contract. Just decide which simplicity tariff you want, call o2 on 202 and they will do the rest.

I don't advise live chat for anything cos they do make a hash of it.
