Solved: Contract Upgrade/New Contract number query

Hi,

As upgrade deals are so much more expensive than new deals, would I be able to take a new deal and transfer the number accorss to a new contract? If so, is there a cost to this or is it a case of just asking for the PAC (?) code?

You just need to call O2 and ask them to migrate your number from old contract to new one Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
