Contract Phone number changed

Hi I have a phone on contract and I changed my number in January but I want my old number back I don't mind if it was put on a separate o2 pay and go Sims card I had the number for 10 years and would like it back some how anybody help with this issue thanks

Do you mean the number was put on a pay as you go sim? If not I doubt very much you will b able to get it now as its probably in use elsewhere

no it wasnt put onto another sim card

You won't be able to get your original number back I'm afraid.

It will have been deactivated then reallocated to another sim
