Contract Limit Reached

I have two recent contract phones S21(gift for my mum/mother'sday) & an iPhone 12 for myself so thought I'd get the series 6 apple watch to match the phone and I got a message saying limit reached. I can definitely afford the additional cost each month otherwise I wouldn't of tried to order it, what am I supposed to do?

Should I just get the apple watch elsewhere then pair it up with my o2 contract phone?

I would get it direct from Apple

You can still pair it through your O2 contract @Alan8

Thank you😀 Just out of curiosity have you ever encountered a "you've reached your limit" message when applying for something? As previously stated I only have 2 devices on my plan.

Yes, usually when ordering multiple devices sometimes the automated system kicks in

Also happens once you have five or more contracts already

Going to try sort it out with o2 if nothing can be done might just send the iPhone 12 back get a refund and get the phone with the watch elsewhere seems easier.
