Has anybody upgraded their phones recently and promised a free gift, for it to never show up?  I'm into my 5th month of waiting for Samsung buds.  Chased up but no response.

Usually got mine in around 30days or so after the 14 day period. 


You need to keep hassling Samsung direct I am afraid.

You have to be pro-active and claim direct from Samsung

I think the offer may have expired now

It does quote clearly state on the shop, that you need to claim the free gifts, as the promotion is run by the handset manufacturer.

Sorry I should have been clearer, I did claim the gift direct from Samsung as per the instructions, within the specified timescale.  I have sent emails to Samsung direct chasing up but I am not receiving a response.  I just wondered if anyone else had experienced similar.

You'll need to chase samsung then as it is they who are managing the promotion.
