Contract End

Anonymous
Not applicable

So, I've gathered from reading previous posts that my contract which ends in around 11 days will automatically transfer over to a 30 day rolling conract as I'm late giving notice.

But I've also read that by using a PAC code with another provider it automatically cancels the contract.

So does that end the contract there and then or does it give 30 days notice?

Also, whilst 'still in contract' can I still get my phone unlocked for free?

Kind Regards

Carl

That is no longer necessary, the same as you not having to sign on a paper contract.

It may not be necessary but there is no harm in doing it to protect themselves

I think there is, every unecessary piece of paper produced that serves no purpose causes the costs of the company to rise and therefore the prices you have to pay also rise.

When you have 23,000,000 customers and possibly a maximum of 12,000 staff, many of which are not customer facing, this is a waste of everyone's time.

This is one of the reasons why you don't get a paper bill any more unless you pay for one, or a contract to sign when you take out a contract.
