I have recently purchased a new o2 pay monthly iPhone via uswitch as my current o2 contract is set to come to an end. I wondered how I would go about keeping my current number on my new phone and whether I would have to cancel my current contract even if it comes to its end date. Thanks

@Julie123 if you want to keep your number all you need to do is call customer service and ask them to migrate your number to the new account, however, this will immediately end the old contract and generate your final bill with any associated early cancellation fees if applicable.

Do not cancel your old contract first or you will lose your number.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
