Please help me, Since I am a foreigner, I cannot communicate well on the phone, I want first number (ending 6768) to be keeped, I need to use this number, it is very important to use this number because I have this number everywhere, including government offices, and the number change is a big problem for me that’s why it should be changed! Please activate the number ending 6768

Unfortunality I can’t do it following this link because I encounter a error code “ in 405 not allowed “ and this is very important that I need to activated my number with ending 6768

You need to contact O2 then.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
