Due to lockdown I am now having to claim unemployment benefits. I need to change my direct debit/bill date to the date I am paid. Customer service number cuts off without speaking to anyone, live chat is down and I can’t find any help. Need to get it sorted before the due date so my mobile is not cut off

I have also issues with payments, I have called 22 times and just get cut off when I state (on the automated line) that I need to speak to someone - I will be incoming only in 5 days and I have myself and a child living with me...how do you get through and on what number?

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

Thats the number I have been trying, it puts me through to a ringing number then says Bye' and cuts me off (after a 9 minute call ) - they state only upgrades and emergency are being placed through to speaking teams...I cannot get through...customer of over ten years - so much for loyalty...

Outrageous, working in Customer Service in mobile network company and unable to answer phone. What is that to do with Covid - 19, can staff not be given mobile phones diverted to the office. It seems that lot of companies use this now as excuse, closing shop with F2F contact with custoemrs of course but onlie chat or phone lines joke!

I want to cancel my contract as i can't get the deal i want on line and do not know how to do it without contacting CS team, Been in the local shop before this all started and have been given deal which was then not accpeted on live chat after being 12 years with O2.

So many better deals on the market, i can;t even requerst PAC code!

Does anyone have number which will answer please?
