My O2 phone has been cut off cod I haven't paid my bill (stupid I know) but as I don't have a landline I now cannot contact to pay. I've tried calling form another mobile TESCO network and can't get through

Just keeps saying number I have called is not recognised 😟 I feel totally useless I can't use online cos Ive forgot my password only way to reset is for them to send a text and I can't receive

I've just called the 0344 8090202 number from my EE phone and it's working fine - Check the number and try again.

Do you know anyone else who is on a O2 contract and use their phone to ring them.

You are correct. I just tried using a Tesco Mobile phone and got 'number not recognised'. Very odd. Hope you were able to get through eventually to sort your payment out.
