My O2 phone has been cut off cod I haven't paid my bill (stupid I know) but as I don't have a landline I now cannot contact to pay. I've tried calling form another mobile TESCO network and can't get through

You are correct. I just tried using a Tesco Mobile phone and got 'number not recognised'. Very odd. Hope you were able to get through eventually to sort your payment out.

Think about setting up a Direct Debit to avoid this in the future.

I've just called the 0344 8090202 number from my EE phone and it's working fine - Check the number and try again.
