Anyone know how to contact O2? No phone lines shown, no live chat, no email access. My phone has stopped connecting to the mobile network (Wifi is ok). I have reset all settings, restarted etc etc, but still no go. No doubt a reset at the SIM level in the network will fix it, but how do I get a message to O2 to reset?

I am trying to contact O2 and not getting any answer, they called me and the guy on the phone was really rude and as he couldnt understand me gave me a rude answer and hang off. How can I ask them to contact me I need to give the notice to let them know I am not going to continiue with them and no one answers. Can I please have a call or an answer to this as no one is really helping me at all?

Thanks for the phone numbers, but phone lines are not responding. Snowed under I guess. Live chat would be good but that is closed too. There do not seem to be any email addresses around.

Thanks. I suppose if O2 was a telecommunications company they would sort out agents working from home. Or maybe reducing their sales operations (which are still in full swing) and putting those staff into Customer Service. Right now you can contact O2 only if it is critically urgent, or if you want to buy something.
