Contacting Customer Service when Calls Are Being Diverted

Hi,

My calls are currently being diverted because I need to pay my latest bill, but I now have no way of calling to make that payment. The online chat service also seems to be down and I cannot find a CS email address on the 02 website. Finally, I have no landline to call on either. Any suggestions of how I contact 02??

When I was with EE you could still call their customer service team in this situation, which seemed sensible...

Please help 🙂

Marc

Unfortunately there's no email address for this.

Can you not borrow another phone from someone?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

  • @Nomad_Marc You can call customer service from any phone on 0800 032 1402.
  • Edit: Alternatively, if you have an O2 store nearby, you can call in and ask them to phone customer service for you.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
