I have been trying for a good few hours to contact 02 customers service regarding a phone call i made yesterday about my sons phone contract, they have done completely the opposite of what i asked and now his phone is disconnected and his iphone sync has vanished! i cannot contact online as the chat is unavailable and the phone keeps cutting me off after i get transferred to an advisor! with a voice recording saying we are busy! so frustrating. i have been trying to resolve the issue with my sons phone for over a month now
