@Shahbaz You would be best to discuss it with customer service. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus Good times to call are 8-8.30 am to avoid a long wait on hold. Whatever card you use, you would have to pass a credit check to take out a contract.

Hey @Shahbaz , to add to the above, I've just asked internally for any advice on this one. Using Monzo Card should be fine, although we can't 100% guarantee it until you try. Can't see why there would be any issues though - as long as it's a current account, not a credit card, and as @Bambino also mentioned you'd need to of course pass the credit check, then in theory at least it should be fine.
