I have called numerous times from Friday to Sunday. Have found it impossible to get through..does anyone work at O2 anymore????

Thanks for your offer of help. I wanted a new phone, but I have just got one from another provider where the phones get answered!

That's a shame for O2 @Anonymous ...Sad you couldn't get through. However as you say... you now have given your business to another provider who did answer the phone.....so I am glad you are sorted...

Just make sure the new provider (if you aren't staying with o2) gives you adequate coverage at home and work.
