It is impossible to contact anybody in this substandard organisation.
I have been a customer for 15 years and just upgraded to iPhone 13 Pro for another crazy 36 month period. Sent old iPhone XR to Recycle in excellent condition and they go back on their original offer saying lens was damaged..it was in no way damaged. Cancelled trade in and I now want to cancel new order and leave this godforsaken network! 👎🏼
