Contact o2 customer services by email

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi guys, Is it possible to

contact o2 by email to pay off a device plan and cancel an airtime plan? Or any customer service to be honest. I'm cycle touring in Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam and it's not really practical to phone or write!

Thanks!

Your can make payments in your Myo2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 but you must call to cancel.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Answered in full on your other thread unless admin have deleted instead of merging...?

Nope, there you go...

Unfortunately O2 no longer have email support. I live in Thailand and being 7 hours ahead I always make sure I contact them by Tugo over wifi at 3.30 in the afternoon here. That and using snail mail are your only real choices and I certainly wouldn't trust live chat to close an account down correctly.

If you get to Rayong or Pattaya let me know and i'll let you buy me a beer/Sang Som LOL

Forgot to say you can pay off the device plan through My O2 but you will need to call and give 30 days notice to cancel the airtime.

No real need to post the same question in more than one thread. You will get the same answer by the same people but will just confuse matters.

Perhaps @Toby can move the other posts to merge here as it really should be a standalone thread.
