Hi,
I have tried in vain to get someone to answer the phone on 202. I called at 2015 expectibng the callcentre to be open until 2100 as per my Bill Summary. Nope, they all left at 20-00.
Book a call, yeah they will call back in 10 days.. I'm not joking TEN DAYS!
Basically, (and not surprisingly re the above,) I want to cancel my SIM only out of contract account. Need to check if there is any notice period and if so give 30 days notice of leaving. Can't be done online, can't waste my life waiting for them to answer the phone and can't write to them - no address on website.
Frustrating or what?
