I am trying to contact O2 about payment of my bill as I had been unaware that the Direct Debit had not been taken this month due to another paymnet that came out of my account unexpectedly, however I am not always the best at checking messages and emails, so I am unable to make outbound calls now and i have attempted emailing and searching for online chat but these seem to be closed at the moment?
What alternative ways are there to contact to confirm taht I will be making a payment by monday?
