Complain here if you like, but we can't help unless you give us more details of what the extra charges were for. As has been said, if you go over your allowances you will be charged - same for any network.

If you want to complain to O2 call 202 from your phone or go here http://service.o2.co.uk/IQ/SRVS/CGI-BIN/WEBCGI.EXE?New,Kb=Companion,question=ref(User):str(Mobile),CASE=13668

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Little point complaining until you find out what the extra charges were for and whether they were correct or not.

are you just looking to get out of a contract without paying. if you have completed your minimum term, you give 30 days notice then once you pay your final bill,  you are free to go where ever you choose

Carrie take a look at the Sales of Goods Act to help you.

Unfortunately with most shops once you highlight your unhappy and want them to resolve a hardware issue they batten down the hatches and bully people down the 'repair' route !

This is one of the reasons I remain with Apple.

Maybe you could sell or part exchange the phone if its repaired in a shop such as CEX, and use the funds towards a better handset.
