I would appreciate if any of you kind people could help me.

I have Samsung J3 and on pay as you go. My phone has no signal and the car computer can not be installed. The area that I am in is Hawkinge kent. I can use the phone  to communicate but with a lot of difficulty. I was thinking of buying a new phone. Wondering if it is the reason for such a very poor signal

any help would be appreciated..

@Snap You can check your local coverage and signal strength here: http://status.o2.co.uk/

What do you mean by 'the car computer can not be installed'?

You need to check free PAYG sims from other networks to find which network gives you the best coverage.

@SnapAre you talking about pairing your devices using Bluetooth, or just using your phone as a hands free device in the car?

The status checker says no problems in Hawkinge Kent and 4G is available so maybe an issue with the sim or the phone. I would be looking at a free sim from ee or Three to check coverage.
