So i set up a direct debit on my O2 account and yet this month my bill has come at -£65.07. Im just confused as to how this could happen?

realised it was my deposite getting credited back to me. Nice little surprise Thank you all for the reassurance that something hadnt gone wrong lol

That's showing that you are in credit. Have you made a payment other than the direct debit or had a refund or due a return of a deposit?
