So i set up a direct debit on my O2 account and yet this month my bill has come at -£65.07. Im just confused as to how this could happen?

realised it was my deposite getting credited back to me. Nice little surprise slight_smile Thank you all for the reassurance that something hadnt gone wrong lol

That's showing that you are in credit. Have you made a payment other than the direct debit or had a refund or due a return of a deposit?
