Hi there. I've had an on going problem for a number of weeks. I placed an upgrade for a phone with the wrong memory. I was on a time frame to get the phone so they suggested getting a new connection and wait till the phone is at the warehouse then migrate the number. The order says up to a week it's been 9 days and still no stock so I said I didn't mind waiting but now the order has completely vanished off the system! I'm a bit upset I've been nice to them but speaking to them non stop for 3 weeks. This was on a black Friday deal and I don't really want to lose it. Any ideas?

If I understand correctly, you have ordered 2 phones close together?
If so, the second order has probably been refused due to failing the credit check, which is why it has vanished.
It's very unlikely that you will get the same deal now as the Black Friday deals have finished.

Hello,
Thats strange. I went through the credit check and it said accepted. That's ok though I'll give them another call tomorrow. They did said they could do a similar deal but with 20g so that may be ok thankyou
