So i picked my order up yesterday and still no service today. I rang customer service before and apparently they haven't completed the order on their side? Yet I was able to pick up my new phone and sim? This doesn't mean that they can now decide i'm not eligable for a contract, does it?

Yes, hence why i rang customer service before, who said that something hasn't been completed on their side, so their IT team needs to look at it. I wondered whether anyone has had this.

You have the phone. They can't now change their mind but you need to call them to sort out your sim card. Don't worry, just call them.
