Hi there my phone contract date for renewal was 28th of Nov. What do I need to do? Phone is still working fine will it automatically just cut off or do I need to inform O2 I am not staying with them?

It will continue as a rolling 30 day contract.
If you want to leave you need to call CS on 202 and let them know.
You will also need a PAC to port your number to another network.
