Hello,
I have iPhone play monthly. I would like make a compliment about payment which has been taken From my bank account from quite long time. I have unlimited air time and internet for £ 34 + £20 for the device. I am very unpleasant surpriced to see my bills over £ 100 every month. I have tried to find what is going on by phone but the answer was not satisfying. Somebody explained to me the higher costs was coused by international calls which I do not do . I suspect that my number is affected by virus . I experiens many strange calls which I usually don't pick up.
Making the compliment I am awaiting for solution from o2 as soon as possible.
