What is the best way to make a complaint to o2? I cant seem to find an email address to send one to.

Can you tell me how much longer the mast/transmitter that serves Trevarrian TR8 is going to be broken? It has been under repair for at least 13 days now. Totally unacceptable. No internet and difficulty sending texts and limited call service. Great advert for O2 when tourists on hols. Even worse for people who live there.

All you can do is call CS on 202 (from somewhere you can get a signal) and ask them to text you any updates they get. Unfortunately, there is no live tracking or predictions of repair times.
