I have recenty transfered as my 24 month pay monthly contract expired.  I went on sim only which my bill is apparently £20 per month. This months bill equated to £40 as I was not aware of curtain charges as I was not not informed

Contact customer service to ask them for detailed bill with all calls etc

@complaint You can see a breakdown of your charges on your My O2 page. I'm not 100% certain about this, but if you were on a Refresh contract, it may be the remainder of it. When the 24 months finish, you stop paying for the device, but your airtime carries on until you give notice to cancel. If that had stopped as well you'd have been cut off, which I'm sure you wouldn't have wanted. In any event you can check that in your My O2.
