Complaint regarding order

I tried to move from EE to O2. First time I had negative credit decision (sim only plan for 10£ per month). I have been bit suprised but okay. Tried in next couple of days. Everything was okay. Got email confirmation and information that my order is on the way. It was 30.06. Sim letter did not come. I contacted support - had problem to understand their english. Nobody could find reason. Call second advisor. The same situation lady said that they need to check credit score and is still in progress. They will contact me as fast as possible. Okay. Today is 12.07 and I have no information. Wrote message on messenger - they asked for post code. No more replies. It is ridiculous! On chat is only virtual assisant. Want to speak with live advisor - forward to app - log in to app - error that I have no service yet and I can’t talk with advisor on the chat.

 

Can anyone help me?! I decided to move because I pay too much in EE and I spent to 2 weeks for waiting. Do not know if order is canceled, in progress etc.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
