I had a notification that I was being charged extra as I had phoned a Premium phone number. I managed initially to get on to live chat and was in the middle of a conversation when I was called away as a matter of urgency. The live chat was terminated. I've not been able to get back on it since and can't seen to find anywhere that I can continue with the complaint!!!! I don't want to have to phone them up. Any suggestions??
