O2 say it's delayed due to the holiday period so I guess O2 are still off with their feet up.

Same for me. A bit poor that they were told when these were announced and nothing has been done yet. Some people are waiting for October (announced in Nov) rewards and nothing since.

May be coincidence but mine seems to go belly up when I was changed to the new billing system.
