Hi, i got a community reward of 2.50 for December and another 2.50 for January, but I’ve never received the credits.

No one has yet.

O2 say it's delayed due to the holiday period so I guess O2 are still off with their feet up.

Same for me. A bit poor that they were told when these were announced and nothing has been done yet. Some people are waiting for October (announced in Nov) rewards and nothing since.

May be coincidence but mine seems to go belly up when I was changed to the new billing system.

Seems O2 have taken on board the Virgin Media culture

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

I'm one of the lucky ones in that the October reward has hit my account, but Nov & Dec are still outstanding...

Ditto here, still nothing for Nov or Dec yet, but I got the Oct reward fine, @Breanna.

Deflation rather than inflation, and an RPI bump for O2 in April or May likely in excess of 14.6% on the horizon... 😱
