O2 have offered me £100 as early resolution to avoid the ombudsman investigating a complaint.
if I accept this offer, am I able to request the £100 to my bank account instead of my O2 account?
The ombudsman are telling me I have to ask o2 and o2 are telling me I have to ask the ombudsman. This is an offer as an early resolution and as such the ombudsman have not investigated so will not advise.

Thanks MI5, can I ask for it to go directly to my bank or have to do that route? I don’t have the mental energy for another 2hours being passed from pillar to post just to get cut off. 🙁

You'll need to speak to them at some point, either to ask for a cheque or a bank transfer.

I’d love to speak to them. They just don’t want to speak to me 😂 30/09 I opened complaint after raising a technical issue on the 01/09 and still no one rings or emails back.
I don’t know whether to accept the early resolution just to get it over with or let the ombudsman investigate, but they all seems to be in bed with each other
