Without going into excuses and reasons as at this point they are irrelevant. I have not been able to keep up with bills. O2 has been sending me emails and texts informing me of my Late payment and offering me numbers to call to talk about it. Although 02 have also prevented me from making calls. Very counter productive?

Also, there literally seems like there is no way to communicate with 02? So it seems like poor customer service to threaten a customer for not remedying the situation and simultaneously preventing the customer from remedying the situation.

Why do 02 make everything so deliberately difficult?

@Squalex1991 You can download Skype and call for free. You don't need to use O2 to make the call.
