Combining accounts

Hi,

 

Has anybody else experienced this incredible frustrating service?

I have two accounts with o2 and thought it better to combine them.

I went through the o2 procedures and expected everything to be ok.

When I now log-in to the combined o2 account only one account shows and the account that I thought was brought in does not appear. Even worse when I go back to the account that was expected to be brought in it has disappeared!

How exactly did you combine them?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
