I do not understand the combined Device Plan Payment. It is showing £451.96. Does that mean that is what will come out of my account. Please help as i cannot talk to anyone in O2

That is the total cost of the device. You have 2 direct debits coming from your account totalling your agreed monthly tariff.
The total becomes the full cost if you default on payments.

That is the total price of the device plan.

If that is what is being requested it means you have either cancelled or defaulted on your account.

It's just the remaining amount of credit that you owe for your device.

You pay this back monthly! Worry not slight_smile
