Code for new sim?

Anonymous
Not applicable

I applied on the website to swap a big sim to the micro sim. Put in my number as requested and still awaiting for a code over one hour later. When O2 send me the code does it come to my email address or my new sim. My old sim does  not work anymore since I informed O2.

If your old sim isn't working you'll have to get onto CS or go in store to switch your details over.

Normally the code is sent to your old sim to confirm you want to swap sims and its not someone mucking about.

Try restarting your new phone+sim see if its enabled yet.
Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you’re wrong. So Ive been told wink
