Closing my contract with o2

Hey guys due the connection problem where i work i want to change my network. But i cant see how much left for my contract in total from my o2 app. Can anyone know how to check the balance ? Thank you very much( i have apple watch phone and the bill)

As you have a watch your best bet is to contact customer services @Serbz.

There are some alternative numbers to call as well as hints on getting through in the guide below.

Experience shows that the best time to call is 8am.

Guide: Cancelling Your Contract 

Text INFO to 85075 to get details on any early termination fees that may be payable.

You must pay off both the phone and watch plan if you wish to leave O2.
